Ingredients:
1 cup salmon, cooked and flaked
½ cup shrimp, peeled and deveined
8 oz fettuccine
1 cup heavy cream
¼ cup Parmesan cheese, grated
2 cloves garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Directions:
Cook fettuccine according to package instructions; drain.
In a large skillet, sauté garlic in a bit of olive oil until fragrant.
Add shrimp and cook until pink, then stir in flaked salmon.
Pour in heavy cream and add Parmesan cheese, stirring until melted and smooth.
Toss the cooked fettuccine into the sauce, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve immediately
