Ingredients
Eggs (2-3, whisked)
Salt and pepper
Butter or oil for cooking
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Breakfast sausages (2-3)
Orange juice
Instructions
Cook the Sausages
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the breakfast sausages until browned and cooked through. Set aside.
Prepare the Scrambled Eggs
In the same skillet, melt a small amount of butter or add a splash of oil.
Pour in the whisked eggs, and stir gently over low to medium heat until the eggs are soft and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Prepare the Tomatoes
Slice cherry tomatoes in half and add to the plate as a fresh, juicy side.
Serve with Orange Juice
