Dessert is foolproof perfect for the weekend

For the cream:

  • 3 cans of milk  cream
  • 2 cans of sweetened condensed milk
  • 2 packets of passion fruit juice powder or flavor of your choice
  • For the Ganache:
  • 1 box of milk cream
  • 200g of dark  chocolate, chopped

Preparation:

Cream:

  • In a blender, combine the milk cream, sweetened condensed milk, and passion fruit juice powder.
  • Blend the ingredients for approximately 5 minutes until you achieve a smooth and creamy consistency.

Take a glass dish and evenly spread the cream mixture into it.

Ganache:

  • In a bowl, place the chopped dark chocolate and melt it using a double boiler or microwave. If using a microwave, heat it in intervals of 30 seconds to prevent burning, stirring in between.
  • Add the milk cream to the melted chocolate and mix thoroughly until you obtain a glossy ganache.

Assembly:

  • Cover the prepared cream with the chocolate ganache, spreading it evenly over the surface.
  • Place the dessert in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to allow it to set and thicken.
  • Once the time is up, remove the dessert from the fridge.
